Dark Matter: A terra story of interconnectedness

27.10.22 - Rain early on dry by the time we met on the tow path 15 degrees Celsius sun coming out later.
21 attendees.
Guest artists Rema and Dave - directors of expanding collective Mycelium Thinking CIC.
We spoke about the mycelial wood wide web beneath our feet - connections between species collaborating in a system of material symbiosis - the trees, plants, fungi, wildlife, algae, lichens fulfilling the universal cycles of life and death, (daoist cycles of absence and presence). The woodland embraced us; we crouched to inspect, craned to see, inhaled the fungal spores seeking to spread like a cloak of threads from leaf litter to the tails of our coats. We identified candle snuff, brown roll rims, jelly ears, blue roundheads. We lay on our backs and travelled the universe. We drank pine needle tea and made marks on paper with charcoal and fungi.
